I started not liking the way I felt in my skin, so like I tell everyone, I'm doing something about it. I have not had meat, caffeine, salt, or sugar sense last Monday. My head is killing me, but not as bad as it was -- phew Wednesday was a bad day. Not to mention I am drinking mostly water, or mint tea, so I have to pee every five minutes. I swear I pee gallons now. But I can count 5 pounds down and am very happy. Not writing much because I don't really have anything to say. Maybe one day I will write like a modern Jane Austin, but I doubt it. All I want is to express myself and hope someone notices. That's the long and short of it.
